LICENSING
All WikiHouse hardware designs are published under a Creative Commons, Attribution-ShareAlike license. This means you can download the models, use them and edit them freely, provided the original authors are also attributed and that any future versions are also shared under the same license. The WikiHouse plugin and all other WikiHouse software is shared under the Ampify UNLICENSE. You are free to use it in any way you wish.
LEGAL DISCLAIMER
All information you find on WikiHouse is used at your own risk. WikiHouse and its contributors do not carry any legal responsibility for the safety or performance of WikiHouses during manufacture, assembly, transport or use.
CODE OF CONDUCT
All contributors to the WikiHouse community must always be fully truthful and honest regarding the extent to which designs have been tested and proved. All components should be designed in such a way that they can reasonably be assembled and used in a safe manner.
WikiHouse provides comment and discussion tools to allow users to comment on models they find on WikiHouse, ask questions, and suggest improvements or adaptations to the WikiHouse system. These tools are provided for the benefit of the entire community and inappropriate or abusive language will not be tolerated. Please be respectful of other users' contributions and try to provide constructive feedback at all times. Any user found to be abusing these services through improper use may be banned from the WikiHouse platform.
PRIVACY POLICY
In order to provide its service of online model sharing WikiHouse requests access to a user's Google account information for sign-on via the Google API. WikiHouse attempts to acquire a user's email, Google nickname and Google profile picture. In addition to this WikiHouse attempts on occasion to acquire profile images via Gravatar. Nicknames and profile images are used for the purposes of identifying users to the WikiHouse community, and ackowledging authorship. Emails are never shared, but may be used from time to time by WikiHouse for direct communications pertaining to the use of the WikiHouse services and for administrative reasons. No further information is collected by WikiHouse. WikiHouse takes user's personal privacy very seriously and will never intentionally share information with any third parties or use such information for anything other than the provision of the services outlined on this website.
WikiHouse makes use of certain third party services in order to provide community and feedback tools. The Disqus and GetSatisfaction services are provided for users to comment on each others work, and discuss and provide feedback on the WikiHouse tools and services. These third party services require independent sign-on. No information is hosted by WikiHouse pertaining to these services and usage of these services is entirely at the user's discretion. WikiHouse cannot be held responsible for any loss of information or breach of privacy arising from the use of these or any other third party services.
