Fire certification test report for WikiHouse floors

Summary

A 3 m × 4.2 m specimen was constructed and tested to assess the fire performance of WikiHouse floors and roofs. The floor assembly consisted of OSB-based WikiHouse panels insulated with bio-based hemp insulation. Two 15 mm plasterboard layers were installed on the fire-exposed face to protect the timber structure. Temperatures were monitored inside the furnace and on the unexposed side of the specimen, and were evaluated against the relevant allowable limits. The test was terminated after 61 minutes with no failure observed, resulting in a fire resistance classification of REI 60.
