Skylark 250

BETA

Skylark 250 is the main WikiHouse building system. It is intended for use in 1-3 storey detached buildings. The number 250 simply refers to the thickness of insulation in the walls. For more information, view the design guide.

Design kits

Design kits contain all the blocks in a single 3D model and an example of how the blocks can fit together to form a chassis. They are available in a variety of formats, with different levels of detail.

Block

Simple

Use simple (low-poly) models when you want to model a precise 3D chassis using standard blocks, without overloading your device's memory.
Block

Detailed

Detailed (high-poly) models include not just blocks but also their parts. Use these to make a highly detailed chassis model, or create custom blocks.

Blocks database

You can also access and download a live database of all the blocks and their data.

Skylark 200

BETA

Skylark 200 is a version of the Skylark system with thinner wall and roof elements. It is intended only for use in small, single storey structures (such as garden studios) that have lower structural loading and thermal performance requirements. But everything else about the system is the same.
