Single storey house: start to finish example

Summary

This report presents the structural analysis of a single storey WikiHouse, sized at 4.7 m x 6.5 m. WikiHouse elements are made of OSB3, with the exception of lintels, which are made of WISA plywood. The roof is made of Glulam GL 28.

The purpose is to highlight the feasibility of Skylark for this building typology, as well as highlighting common construction details.
